My Aunt told me that her son used to use a Mary Kay product that cleared his acne and red spots. It was about seven years ago so it must be an older product

I don't know about seven years ago but Mary Kay's current products ROCK! They're very good if you get the complete set and follow the directions and stuff.

im not sure abou 7 years ago. but they do have a new product that came out about late last year and its called microderabraision ( im not sure if i spelled it right ). It works really well...you should try it... its better to get the set of two...which is 50 something dollars...but its worth it!!!

does your aunt have the name of the product? that's not much to go on. that's like going to a ford dealership and saying "my aunt told me she test drove a car that had cool a/c - i don't know the name but it was red."

did you ry the mary kay website? or amazon.com? they sell makeup maybe they will have it...Also, try Ebay. i buy makeup from their all the time still sealed. you never know.
