If it is a large, red pill, it is most likely Tylenol's 8 hour formula. However, the above advice is very true. Do NOT take any pill that you are unsure about, especially if you are pregnant. In fact, even if you are sure what it is, if it is out of he packaging, it is unsafe to take. You have no idea where it has been, what it has been in, or what has crawled over it. Just throw it away.

If you don't have the package, toss it in the toilet and flush! Don't take anything if you don't know what it is especially if you are pregnant!

don't take it you don't know what it could be throw it away flush it just get rid of it so you and no body will take it
