what type of disc does the xbox 360 use? is it hd dvd, dvd or blu ray?

DVD. Blu-Ray and HD-DVD weren't even released when the XBOX 360 came out. An HD-DVD attachment for the 360 is due out later this year.

It uses a special form of DVD.

i dont think they are blu ray cause that is sony and they are using it for ps3 discs.
but dont qoute me on that
