Don't wipe your butt. Then get a buckful of Sulphuric Acid and sit in it. You will never have any problem with wiping your butt again.

Well I would first get some Preparation H to help with the hemorrhoids. Second I would go to the doctor to have the hemorrhoids looked at. You can get them removed if they are a constant problem. After your hemorrhoids stop hurting you could shave the hair.

Place a bottle with water (room temperature) near the toilet.
