Is the course as impossible as everyone puts it? I'm going into my second year of college. People told me once that General Chemistry was alot harder than General Biology, and I recieved A's in both subjects. I do understand that it is challenging, but do you think that I will be okay if I only take three other courses with organic chemistry (one of which is a genetics course)? Thanks.

it is so easy because you work only with carbon

I loved Organic chemistry. It was challenging, and took a lot of hard work, but it was interesting, and if you are willing to put some effort in, you should do fine, especially because you have done well so far!

good luck!!

It is very hard. I had very good grades in college (dean's list) except for organic chemistry which I made a D and an F in. Good luck.

It is hard. It is harder than Gen Chem. You will not enjoy it. But, if you study and work harder than you ever have, you'll be fine. All of my friends survived. Complaining is a right of passage.
