i was wondering, is crossing your legs good or bad for you. cause i cross my legs all the time and i want to try to break the habbit if its bad for your legs

Yup, crossing your legs can be detrimental, in inhibits circulation and can create such lovely things as varicose veins and blood clots. It's a habit well worth breaking.

Crossing your legs is bad for the circulation in your legs. As you get older it will become even more of a problem, so if you can break the habit now you will be better off.

I've heard that crossing your legs is bad for you because you can develop more of varicose veins. But I think that you already have to be prone to that (family history, etc.).

crossing your legs isn't bad for your health, but it is bad manners. Try crossing your ankles, it looks more professional
