Pretty much, Randy Orton thinks brooke is hot and wants to wrestle her father, hulk hogan at Summer Slam. So probally for Randy to get Hogan angry and stuff he's flirting with his daughter. Im sure Brooke doesnt like Randy the same way back, and its pretty much a storyline.
Also there is a small chance Hogan may not even be able to wrestle at Summerslam, check it out at wwe.com
