I installed mine and I transfer the songs manually, so try drag and drop.(from the library to the ipod) If nothing works my recomendation is to uninstall itunes and ipod and install them again.

You need to have itunes and put the library in that. If you already did, then i can't help you.

Just down load ITunes if you haven't already done so. It should let you transfer it.

as all the others are saying get itunes on there, if it still wont let you transfer then contact apple. good luck
