Nevaeh- Sorry, not my style at all. Trendy name, increasing in popularity very quickly. Also, you should know many folks hate this name with a passion.
Evita - Ok name, prefer Eva, Eve, Evangeline or Evelyn.
Genevieve - Like this one the best from your first name choices. How will you pronouce it? I had a cousin who wanted to use, but she and her DH couldn't agree between the French and American pronounciations. I like the nickname Evie for this name myself.
Faith - Like this name as a middle and first name. Very pretty, simple.
Good luck!

Evita Faith
I don't like Nevaeh. Heaven spelled backwards. I just like Heaven better. Too many people are using that. My friend has a little girl named Nevaeh.
Do something different. Evita isn't that popular but it is really pretty.

Nevaeh sounds like a hand cream, and evita makes me want to break into the song "Don't cry for me Argentinaaaaaaaaa!"
stick with Genevieve, it is classic, and of the 3 you have chosen, it is the hardest to make fun of. Be nice to your kids, they will have to change YOUR diapers when they are older.

All three are bad. Nevaeh, oh boy. Heaven spelled backwards, how original, never heard that one before, yea. I simply just don't like Genevieve. Evita is okay, don't really like it, but of the three this would be my choice.
