Save most of it for a car, college, a great apartment off campus, my wedding, a house for when I get out of college and get married, an amazing house in Nigeria for my parents to stay in when they visit there cause that's where we're from but we are in America now. I would also let my parents use some of the money to buy a new house as long as my room is the biggest room in the house since I won the money in the first place and I would get a professional interior designer to design and decorate every room in the house. But for now since I'm only 13 I'd make sure that I didn't use over $50,000 for myself a year until I'm 18 and then I can start using more. I'd also save money for my retirement, my parents retirement, my death, my parents death, oh and I'd save for my own design company, DivaK (Diva Kemi) designs.
I'd also donate to charities of course and maybe even start my own.
I've got everything planned.

I would thank the Lord!I recently got a loan to pay for my childs education at a Christian School and had a little extra to do some things to the house that we weren't able to do before like install a tub and now that money is gone and it felt so good to have a little extra instead of trying to gather change to get something we needed. If I was given a billion dollars i would invest some, save some for my kids college, pay my house off, give some to my small church so we could build a larger one(we have been praying for a way to do this), get my kids some new clothes and bedroom suits, take my animals to the vet more often, and live healthier and happier without all the stress of money troubles, and help my parents out whom live in public housing.Get my grandma with cancer a sitter to help her out.I could really use it.Nice question Its good to dream.

Pay taxes first, since I am not sneaky enough to hide that sort of loot from the government and do not want the hassle of trying to do so.

After that, a lot of charity work. Donations to my college, my church, the YMCA, environmental groups like Nature Conservancy (not the fruits at Greenpeace or PETA), and animal shelters.

I would then start my own business. It would either be a combination campground and kennel, or animal shelter and wildlife rescue. Either way, it would be near Ocean City MD, and I would have a farm on site, a house at the beach, as well as an entire condo complex that I would reserve for family and friends, while renting it out at other times to generate ongoing income.

Oh, and cars. Lots of cars.....

I'd buy myself a heart when the one I have fails(I have Heart Failure).I'm 30 with 3 kids so I would buy myself a house and go on a first time vacation to Disney!!So they could experience it.I would definitely move out of NY.I'd open a store in my mothers name(rest in peace).I'd buy a nice car that seats like 6 and not 4.I'd invest some of it,maybe buy a building or house and rent out apartments. My kids college educations would be paid for someday. They are 13,10 and 3.I'd hire a health attendant or maid so i wouldn't have to cook or clean with this stupid heart that doesn't pump right.I'd be so happy to live comfortably and not worry about what will happen to them when im gone. They would be set at least financially. Most important is that i would create more memories and go places, travel. For me time is of the essence.

After paying bills & obligations, I'd like to keep $8 million to play with. The rest can go to charity foundations.

Hire a team of mercs to get Usama Bin Laden, and the $27 million reward would go to them. http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/topten/fugitives/laden.htm

Invest half, pay off bills with some of the rest, then do as much as I could for people. Including myself in that of course. I like the Idea of buying New Zealand. I'd stick with a private island though.

Second, I will give some money to my family members (Mom, Dad, Sis, Bro etc.).

Third, I will buy a house.

Buy the company I work for and shut it down, chop it up and sell off the pieces.

Then I would give 10% to charity.

Then I would make sure my immediate family and good friends are taken care of.

Then I would travel the world forever and never look back.

1. Pay off debts, & buy a nice house & piece of land somewhere.
2. Buy a cryonics full-body suspension for when I kick the bucket.
3. Invest the rest in various trust funds to fund certain projects of interest to me. These would include certain pro-freedom groups, life-extension & cryonics research, and private space travel.
4. Enjoy life with my wife.
