smelly teddy says: " youve had too much sleep"

Possibly you have sleep apnea. Do you snore. Serious snoring causes oxygen deprivation to the brain and if it is very serious causes you to stop breathing. When you've not been breathing for several seconds your body jerks around to wake you up. Consequently you're moving around all night to keep yourself breathing and you're not getting any rest. I had a sleep study done and the doctor told me that between the oxygen depletion and jerking around to stay breathing was equivalent to working an eight hour shift. Check out www.webmd.com. They're very useful. You should see your doctor, if you think this might be the problem, and have a sleep study done. There are several remedies for this problem.

You're either not getting enough sleep or you're getting too much sleep. Adults need about 7 hours of sleep a night.

maybe you are waking up at the wrong time in your sleep cycle. Try getting a sunrise alarm clock.

It slowly lights the room up in the hlaf hour or so before you want to wake up, so you wake up nice and relaxed rather than being jolted awake by a nasty alarm. We got one and it is great.

you may have sleep apnea. one of my realitives went to a doctor and told them that they were more sleepy when they woke up than when they went to bed and the doctor tested them for "sleep apnea" and that was the reason so now they have to sleep with liek this oxygen thing at night so they wont be so tired anymore and have energry when they wake up.

That depends; are you eating late at night? Maybe you are sleeping for too long. Sleeping unnecessarily for more than 8 hours can induce tiredness. If it is none of these things then please see your doctor, so you can be correctly diagnosed.
