No they don't. Most races last only 3 to 4 hours, so as long as the driver is smart enough to pee before the race, he won't have to worry about it. They usually sweat most of their fluids out due to the hot air in the car and the insulating firesuits they wear anyway. They worry more about getting a drink to satisfy their thirst. They usually have too much going on to even think about peeing with driving around at close to 200 mph anyway.

There are those bladder running shoes they call themselves 'The Corks' and that they are waiting to coach the drivers to grow to be one with the bladder. they usually get pretty dehydrated when they race and don't usually have to go... but if they do... they just let it fly....
