Yes there most certainly is. You can tell a lot by a person eyes.

They don't have to say a word and their eyes will say thousands.

There is an old saying. The eyes are the windows to your soul. That is still true to this day.

AND yes, there is truth in my eyes.

Yes. I'm a terrible liar. If you want to know the truth, just look into my eyes. If I meet your gaze and hold it, I'm telling the truth. If I look away, I'm either embarrassed of lying.

I seek truth in my soul, to give truth to others. I cannot say there is truth in my eyes if some do not believe my words. I aspire to attain other's trust in my truth. It will be a struggle, but someday she'll believe me.

truth ?
more like exposure of what i feel,
it has been said looking into the eyes are
a way to view our soul ....
whatever that means, i don't think so ..
What our eyes may show is how we
feel, how we express our place in the moment,
so is there truth in our eyes? Is what someone
else sees true? truth is like an x-ray of natures
illusions of transparency ,
more like seeing into our inferences of your
perceptions of what you think you see, and
what is one comparing so called true too?
One may see that one is sad or happy or content,
but is that real truth within the individual?
Or what you think you see ...
Someone recently saw a picture of me and
said i had soft eyes, well, nice to know, but
i haven't had a soft life, yet what she saw was
true for her, so if its true for her, well, i can
concede to her sweet feeling of how she perceived
my eyes .. i can live with that .... for her & i
it will be true .....

Right now, about the only thing in my eyes is an expression of fatigue, after a long and busy day.

And that's the truth.

When a person is not telling the truth you can tell by their eye motion whether they are recounting something factual or
if they are using the creative side (right hemishphere)
of their brain to make it up.

Not in the eyes, in the eyelids. Watch a person's eyelids when you question his/her veracity. If they start blinking more, especially while making a statement, or right after saying something you might question, just watch for the blinking. It's unconscious and almost uncontrollable.
