You should first try and find out if you have a urinary tract infection. If there is a chance you may be pregnant, see your doctor or go to the emergency room as this may be a sign something is seriously wrong.
If you sure you are not pregnant, you could have a disease called endometriosis. See your doctor, there are treatments, however there is no cure, it is not fatal, but the sooner you get intervention IF you have it, then the better for your future fertility!

this sounds like it could be one of a few things..1) a urinary tract infection..which is common 2)ovarian cists..there is constant pressure on your bladder so you feel you have to pee but you dont..and 3)appendicites..if the pain is on the right side of your lower abdomen..and where it radiates seems more like that to me..as well as the nausea seems..also..pay close attention to your stool...if there is mucus in it..it can also mean the appendix...are you in pain enough for you not to be able to move..going into cold sweats as well?...i suggest you get yourself to a doctor or the hospital immediately..if it is the appendix and it bursts..you only have a matter of 6 hours to get it removed before the poison can seriously harm or kill you..so be cautious..if you would like to talk to me more about it..e-mail me at toniafoster88@hotmail.com

You probably have a cystitis (bladder infection), which requires antibiotics. Get your urine cultured and tested for antibiotic sensitivity which will tell you and your consultant which antibiotic to be used. As your infection gets better, your nausea shall stop.

It sounds like either a UTI (urinary tract infection) or possibly and STD. Either way, you should consult a Dr.
