I don't wear fake nails, but my nails have a paint of acrylic of top of my own nails because I have very weak nails that break. I do like hair extensions. They are fun. I think although they look very real, most everyone knows it is not real because I am different daily. I think a healthy tan looks healthier than pale skin. So, I do use a colored moisturizer. I guess I fake a little, but only enough to look healthy as I feel. As for clothes and jewelry and accessories, I think as long as a woman looks good and isn't breaking any laws, it shouldn't really matter. A person should always feel good inside and outside.

I think it's too much when you can't tell when the real person ends and the fake one begins.

I wear some make-up, but no fake nails for me, or hair extensions or fake tans or fake clothes or jewelry. I don't need any of those to feel better about myself. I am guilty though, of owning a fake bag. It's so cute. But it's a fake of a nice bag, not designer. And you can't tell it's fake.

Well, I freq wear fake nails, and I color my hair a bit. I do not buy knock-offs. I buy the real thing. And I have fake-baked. I don't think I over do it on the faking, nor do I consider myself high-maintenance. Why do most men think a girl with fake nails is high-maintenance? I just want to look good. Too much faking, to me, is more like faking a personality and trying to be someone you're not. That's how I feel.

I don't fake anything except bags and stuff. Fake stuff is pointless. Fake tans fade, fake nails fall off, clothes and jewelery fall apart, extensions fall out, (I do wear make-up). So at the end of the day, I have great, valuable clothes that will stay together, and are still cute.

Well, I'm not really blonde... but I don't bleach my hair blonde either.

I think sometimes "fake" is taken too literally, and it's definitely a matter of perspective. To some, anything you weren't born with is fake. But do those people shave their faces/legs/underarms?

To others, having their nails done, covering their grey roots, waxing their upper lip or eyebrows, waxing their back or unibrow - all that is just enhancing what God gave them.

I think it's much more important what's inside and how we treat others. Fake that and you're a loser!

P.S. Tanning beds are just dangerous and not worth the risks for a little color. Use the self-tanning creams or don't. But don't forget your sunscreen!

Wow that sounds like a lot of work. I don't fake anything, I don't even wear make-up, I'm me and that's it. I don't even bother with my appearance. Just one fake thing is too much. People shouldn't try to change themselves, they should be happy for who they are and that's it. What happens when you meet a guy and he finds out that you're fake when he sees the fake nails come off, the fake hair come off, the fake tan wear off, and the padded bra come off. What then? Hahaha did anyone see that episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air when that happened to Will? The one where there's an earthquake and he's stuck in a room with his girlfriend and her hair, nails, and contacts come off. That's my favorite episode, it's so friggin' funny.

One or two fake things probably enhances a woman's appearance, but too much just goes over the top. I'm guessing you went to a fake high school if no one taught you the plural of nail is nails, the plural of extension is extensions and the plural of bag is bags.

Do you stuff? hahaha hey babe, quit faking. you need some clothes? send me a message. I am a manufacturer for many major clothing labels. you were lots of make up? thats cool with me, as long as it doesnt make you look worse than without makeup. You have fake jewelrY? all females do. I dont understand why. As a male, i devoted myself to stay away from fakes, but if thats what turns you on, be my guest. i understand fake designer bags, b/c real ones cost $500+ for a decent one. whereas the same fake would go for $10-15 in an alley somewhere. Bereal cuz. Dont be a studio ho. be a forreal life ho. just my 2 cents to you =)

I do not fake anything, except a bit of lip gloss and blush when I go out. I hate fake designer bags and I would rather buy a less expensive brand than buy fake designer.
