Well done for giving up smoking. I stopped smoking on 23 February 1986 (40 a day) and if I get even a whiff of tobacco smoke I feel desperate for a smoke for about 20 seconds then the feeling passes off. Stick it out, don't light up ever again, when you get that churning feeling take a deep breath and let it out slowly to the count of 20 whilst thinking of all the money you are saving.

Think of it this way would you like to live or possibly get lung cancer say tomorrow and die a slow miserable death, cigarette smokers are only committing suicide, oh dear I am so stressed, I need a cigarette, what will I do, I cant deal I think I will smoke then maybe I can die faster, and cause health care to cost allot for everyone else, and while everyone else has to work without a break, I am going to get my break cause I'm special I have an addiction, what a bunch of horse crap

You should try smoking cos youv stopped smoking for that long the taste and smell will be so disgusting you know you wont want to smoke. Trust me i stopped smoking last year. Do it sober though. Good luck. Keep up the good work. Its disgusting dont look back.

drinking more fluids and all that jazz is a bunch of S.h.i.t you need to be determined and wait it out . I still had very occational cravings after 6 or 7 months they will get less and less annoying untill you can ignore them. I dont know if you ever get over the addiction entirely, ill let you know if it ever happens
