I would like to install 2 of those processors, can I do that? Or can l install just one?

Also, those are 64bits supported that makes them even faster than the regular 32bits processors, am l right??

That motherboard's a bit pricey. Since you're into gaming, perhaps you'd like to overclock. If you want to overclock, there's nothing better than a DFI LANParty NF4 SLI-DR.
The processor will work just fine with your motherboard.
The RAM is absolutely worthless. I wouldn't play DOOM95 with that RAM. Buck up, get a cheaper mobo, and buy some real RAM (you can obviously afford it).
I recommend using a more reliable brand for your graphics card, but I can't complain a whole lot about Gigabyte.

Don't forget to buy yourself a beefy Heatsink-fan setup, like a ThermalRight XP-120 or a Zalman 7700CU, especially if you'll be overclocking.

As far as a case goes, I'm happy with solid, cheap Cheiftec and Chenming server cases, which Newegg sells. If you're a designer clothes kind of guy, a Lian Li case is what you ought to be looking for.

Good luck with the build, big spender.

Yes you can use two, But this isn't going to help your gaming, there is a latency issue when using two processors, and it goes like this;

Two processors process double (2X) the data in the same clock cycle, so if you have two 64-Bit 2.0GHz (as an example) CPUs, and a single 64-Bit 4.0GHz CPU, and your program feeds it 64 Bytes per cycle, the dual processors split it to 32-Bits and process it it, then recombine the data, having dual processors is only useful for high data-flow, not rate, applications, this is a server board, not a gaming board, and there IS a reason that most gamers use only one CPU.

By the way ZipZoomFly is cheaper, and they don't charge shipping,

if your going for a gaming PC I don't think i would get one with onbord graphics card, look for something with dual pic express cards so you can run two high end graphics processors that you could update later, but other then that looks ok to me.

double check to see if the processor is compatible, for some reason I am getting a nagging feeling its not, but don't know.

the ram, hell just pay the $5 or so more for 1GB sticks, but ddr400 is kinda out dated now, but that's the max of that board

graphics card look good, but again, look into a dual pic express setup, its just sick lol

over all for that price I think you might beable to do better, but what your looking at isn't bad.

oh and don't forget a killer sound card and power supply :P

just noticed, I don't think that board has even an AGP slot, I don't think you can upgrade your video card.

I can only comment on the video card. Video cards made by GIGABYTE are CRAP! Not only that, but it's a poor quality card even by GIGABYTE standards - an EXTREMELY large dual 512mb card with poor cooling and has more pixel pipelines than it can actually support.

I'm not looking at the reviews either. I actually owned that exact card once. It literally MELTED in my computer.
