That movie is hilarious . I just watched it again yesterday . I love the part in the beginning when he's on the bus and the kid asks him
What are you gonna do today napoleon and napoleon answers whatever I feel like doing .... GOSH !!!! lololol
Or when his brother say's Peace out ! lololol

The whole movie is funnier than hell but I really liked the part where the uncle throws that steak at Napoleon while he is riding his bike and it whacks him in the face, knocking off his glasses.
I've heard that part was totally ad libbed and the steak really surprised Jon Heder (Napolean) when it hit him!
