I got a new piglet (pot bellied pig is the breed). But he/she is not really tame. It is about 2 or 3 months old. How do I tame it?

Well you know most people think that taming is hard it is also hard to explain it but i will
it also depends on what u want to tame it?????
I mean i could give you some examples but i don't know if u would like them so here it goes.......
If u want to tame it sitting down-----then you would have a treat or something that it likes and you would constantly say sit! until it sits down then you would give it the treat.....
you do pretty much the same thing for whatever teaching you want the piglet to learn it is also kind of similar to a dog but it isn't one.
but it can be fun at times but also it may not be fun so you will
just learn it will take a while so don't expect it to be easy.....
thank you for the question i had fine answering it........
bye bye
have fun training

STEPS TO TRAIN YOUR POT BELLIED PIGLET

# Take the pig outside frequently (every 2 hours), and especially on waking and after meals.
# Come up with a command to use when you want your pig to urinate or defecate e.g. 'Do your stuff.'
# When the pig urinates or defecates outside, use lots of praise and a give a bite of its favorite treat.
# Establish a routine for eating and going outside, which will help your pig understand the idea of going outside to eliminate.
# If your pig has an accident in the house, say 'no' firmly and take him or her outside immediately, but only if caught in the act. Do not punish your pig!
# Supervise the pig and limit his/her access to the house by closing doors and using baby gates until reliably trained.
# When leaving the house, confine your pig to a small room with a baby gate. Try to avoid using newspapers on the floor or the pig may get confused.
# When a pig has an accident in the house, clean soiled area well with vinegar or commercial pet stain/odor remover.
# If your pig starts having accidents once training is underway, back up and start with confinement and supervision again.

Try taming it with food. You may not realize it yet, but you have your hands full. Those pigs take a lot of time to take care of. Also they can be destructive.
