who is a real politation?

I would say Ron Paul, one of Texas' Representatives. I'm a lifelong IL resident BTW, but I wish we had more of him here and elsewhere in Congress.

Ron Paul is one of the few politicians who:
A. actually has noble principles, and
B. actually stands by them.

And those, to me, are what defines a "real" politician, a statesman.
