Techincally we are all caged here on this crazy mixed up planet where you have to walk 5,000 miles before you find somebody who will help you without asking for money. I get this feeling all the time and it drives me mad and it really eats the inside of my head!

I want to be somebody to change the world but I am still trying to do it, yeah I have ideas and plans, but its all about putting them into action.

LOL! This is more like a speach than an answer but oh well.

I did. I suffer with panic and anxiety issues, and went a full month without the medication that's been keeping them under control - because I did not have the insurance or money to go to the doctor. I could not leave the house, could not sleep, was pacing and restless, like you.

After a full month of this, someone told me that there was a free crisis center, who would even come and pick me up - as well as evaluate my condition, and give me my medication - for free. Imagine how shocked I was upon learning that the place was less than one mile from my house!

I found out there, that every city has similar places - you just have to call the fire department, police department, some churches, etc. to find them - as the phone book will not list them as free.

You feel trapped. Do you have the dreams to go with these emotions? Trapped by whom? That is the question. It is usually the people you live with, parents, boyfriend, husband, siblings - even your own children if you have children. Try to get out more obviously. Maybe, a new interest that will exercise the mind as well as the body. An adult education course?
I'll give my website as a source, email me if these feelings are really bothering you.

How old Are you? If your of age and living on your own go out side and take a walk. If its too hot,go to a mall and walk. If, however, you are living in your parents house and have been "grounded", you're stuck. Next time don't do anything that will take away your freedom. Been there . Done that.

Yes and it means you require a focus upon something more substantial to your mind to occupy the vacant space of your cage.
