I have been with my boyfriend for 5 years, and he says that my vagina is big, so sometimes he thinks that I am cheating on him. What can I do to make it tight again. Or can I ever get back small after having two kids. Could someone please help.....

Option #1
It is an insult men use to put down women. He may be mirroring...is HE the one cheating, feeling guilty and wanting YOU to feel bad (thus you feel like you have to prove yourself...rather than you noticing that HE may be the one cheating...and noticing you are different from the other "female")?
Maybe HE is wearing you out??? Mismatched?
Option #2
Assuming you are decent and he is decent, then for a month or two, have no sex, (nothing entering your vagina), and do daily Kegel excercises, three times a day.
Option #3
If he is otherwise insulting to you, or disrespectful...DUMP him.
You are never "big" even with 10 kids, he wants to hurt your feelings and does not care about you. If you are faithfull, but he doubts you and insults you, you should leave! He will not change!
Things will simply get worse, and you will never regain your original happiness.

Cruel but true: he may be "small", how would he feel if you said this to HIM???

Vagina is never big or small, it is just a slit ,walls of which are opposed to one another, but it's elasticity is immense, so any size of penis will be comfortable in it, & sexual enjoyment is the same. Thank God who have given it the quality otherwise it would have been impossible to give birth to a baby normally, explain this to your friend. So please don't bothermuch about the tightness. The Only thing you can do is the exercise of perineal muscle by contacting & relaxing your anus, if you do that very frequently & forcefully it will solve your problem to some extent.

I don't think you'll get as well educated an answer on this forum as you would if you talked to an obstetrician; no offense to those who actually try to answer this question seriously. But if your boyfriend's penis is large, it could be that your vagina has formed to his shape to accomodate it. Having kids can stretch the vagina, but unless you've had them back to back, I don't think that's the case. I've had three, and my husband doesn't complain about mine being too big. I also have a cousin who has 7 kids, all back to back, so of course hers is probably more stretched out. Your best bet is to see an obstetrician; only he or she will be able to tell you if this is normal, or if it's even worth concerning yourself over at all. Good Luck!

Yeah do those pelvic exercises, do regular crunches, exercise helps, also you can actually have plastic surgery down there to tighten the muscles. Some broad did that for her husband so he would be happy. But hey, do it for you, not cause some small-minded dude says so. It is sad, but women often outgrow their partners but you can exercise to get it back tight or he will have to adjust if possible...Your concern is not alone, millions of women suffer from this and their men just adjust or don't. Look online for other answers if these aren't enough.

You can do kegal excersizes, which help to tighten the vaginal muscles. You can also look in to surgery which would essentially make you a 'virgin' again - but this option is only if you are willing to spend $$$ and go through the recovery process.

Do some kegal exercises, and walk at least 30 to 60 mins a day.

Kegel exercises. You can control the muscles in that region. I don't know if it will make things smaller, but it will allow you to tighten up at will. Which is nice for everyone involved.

Only surgery can change your vagina. Your BF needs an attitude change. Sounds kinda selfish.
