That is a very odd question.
I have been told that it tastes salty or bitter, but depends on his diet. Vegetarians or vegans are supposed to be sweeter.

its a different taste kinda salty and sweet. But it depends on the guy. I only done it for my fiance

No need to find out. Don't do it. You can still get diseases from that. You could get herpes in your mouth. It's gross, don't do it.

i don't know myself but many people i know say it's salty and some say if they eat fruit its sweet and if they eat meat its nasty and salty.
