is there an age limit for obtaining a green card?

i would love to move to america with my partner (not my husband) but someone told me that his age (45) will be a problem. i am a 25 year old social worker and he is a shop keeper. does anyone know if age is a facor?

I don't believe so, but check with http://www.ucis.gov to be sure.

Not there is not . You can come at any age as long as you support yourselves and don't come to live on public assistance.
