I have a singular prepaid phone and hadn't touched it or made a phone call then looked at it and it said last transaction costs .01
What charge would cause me to have .01? I didn't do anything. I looked at it and pressed it to see if I missed a call..
What is up with this shiaaat?

Cingular probably has a minimum monthly charge, which would explain the 1 cent fee. It is probably related to their billing department and keeping your account active.
You could call them, but I've had absolutely horrible customer service from all wireless providers. They really don't care after they lock you in for two years.

That happened to me all the time. They charge you for weird stuff! I really never took any action about it but you should talk to a Cingular store. WHen you get a new plan, I suggest you get T-mobile because they dont charge you for weird stuff like CIngualr does.

Cingular prepaid is the worst on the planet. They charge you for everything.
