I believe the car wash (the manual one, NOT the brushless automatic car wash) behind QuickTrip at the intersection of 278 and 81 has the equipment to clean engines. Not steam cleaning, but it should get it clean.
If you want someone to take care of it for you, there's a half-dozen entries in the local phone book under "Auto Detailing." I haven't used them myself, so I can't vouch for the quality of their work.

Yes I agree go to the car wash. Remember leave the car running and don't spray the distributor directly! Spray around it real good just don't spray it real hard. Get water in it and you'll have to remove the distributor cap and wipe out the water.

Go to a local autoparts store, buy some degreaser, take it to a car wash, and when know one is looking apply the degreaser and power wash it yourself.
