A man is capable of carrying a baby inside of him, but not in the way a woman does.... A man can still be a man and have all of his man parts and still carry a baby. Sometimes fertilized eggs don't make it into the uterus (because there is a gap between the ovary and fallopian tube) and therefore implants itself elsewhere in her abdomen. The placenta attaches to the intestines or some other internal organ. While this is possible it has potentially fatal complications like hemorrhaging. Theoretically, a man can carry a baby if a fertilized egg was introduced into his abdomen. I would assume that this man would need hormone therapy. Of course this couldn't happen naturally and would require surgery.

No, because they don't have all the parts to make or carry said baby. Having an aritificial vagina does not mean they have a uterus (where the baby would be carried) and they do not have the eggs to create a baby.

No. It is not a vagina which is necessary to become pregnant, it is ovaries and a uterus. No one has yet implanted these things into a male for a sex-change operation.

Having a gender presentation that would not restoration their myopic "norm" makes them particularly uncomfortable. the concept the middle of who they are, on the chemical aspect could properly be altered so dramatically, that this "badass difficult guy" personality incredibly is in easy words pores and skin deep and that if some "tranny" can rework herself right into a better congruent gender, (i.e. woman), that means that a incredibly pink gown is in easy words some little pills away. even as some challenged persons first see by ability of the searching-glass, it really is only too a lot for them. adverse macho souls.
