I'm British and I've got a Brazillian friend. From what she tells me there is a lot of poverty in Brazil. Her family moved to the States to get away from it.

I have spoken to some of her old friends from Brazil on the internet and they seem very nice people but you can tell that povety is a real problem in the country.

I suppose the main difference between Britain and Brazil is that the weather is better down there!!! And people are more religiious in Brazil than they are in Britain - it seems more Brazillians are Catholic.

Thats about all I can say about it.

Just what I was about to say! Britishers?

Brazilians are nice people, from what I've seen. Good attitude to life, and some of the best goddam footballers the world has ever seen.

I suppose you spend a lot of the time on the beach.

Do you eat your evening meal very late?

I expect there is a lot of poverty and corruption so it is quite a macho environment. Also when you disagree about something you probably shout and wave your arms around a lot like the Italians.

Just some ideas.
