My dishwasher, disposal and stove all need to be replaced. I have never owned a manufactured home before and I don't know if I can just buy from a store like Lowes or if I have to go through a manufactured home dealer.

Basically, no, however, if the appliance is a stove or clothes dryer there is a difference in the cords. Any 220-volt appliance in a mobile home has a 4-wire cord and plug, whereas one for a site-built home has only 3.

I am not sure, but Lowe's has expanded into the area of manufactured housing needs, somewhat. A simple phone call to their appliance department will tell you whether or not they can supply these cords with their appliances.

Any home manufactured within say, the last 20 years or better, will use the same physical sizes of appliances as a site-built home.

I think you will be ok by just measuring each appliance before you buy a new one so you dont go oversized.
The only thing that you will have to look for through a manufactured home place is for the water heater and furnace.
Those are special sizes.

the home manufacturers do not have "special sized appliances" made for them it would be to costly. standard sizes will work. any place that sells appliances will have what you need. some have more than one size so measure first.
