My daughter loves shopping for clothes and trying stuff on. I absolutely hate it, even if the change rooms are spacious. I don't mind grocery shopping though but try to get everything I need in one stop for the week.

it bugs me too.....I get all tired and hungry and bored....and there is way too much going on in the store so it stresses me out.
I would like it though if i could shop with an unlimited amount of money, because i love actually getting stuff

It is the fact that some clothes look aweful on us and it gets old trying to find what looks good on us
So I understand exactly how you feel about the trying on clothes thing
And another thing could be you are hyper and do not realize it
I am and for that reason I tend to be impatient with the stress of
trying on things and not being satisfied
And also when you work it tires a person out it is like the energy level is like shot
Just pick a day that you are relaxed and then shop for yourself when you can be alone with just you and not have to rush around for other people

No, you are not the only female that hates shopping. I have a friend who says that shopping feels like punishment. I was thrilled when I met her because it was the first time that I encountered another woman who hates to shop as much as I do. The worst kind of shopping? Shopping for shoes!

I could not agree more. No matter what size you think you are, YOU ARE WRONG! PLus, they never have it. If there is ONE thing, that can make my confidence falter, it is this very thing.
Dellajoy, one thing I have found that makes it better, don't laugh, I buy a lot of my clothes at consignment stores or thrift stores. The atmosphere is just completely different and I do not have angst! PLUS, it always floors me those are the outfits I get the most compliments on. Try it.

Nope,
I hate shopping for clothes, that is what my sisters and mother are for.
Whenever I think it is time for new clothes.
I plan a week at my sisters. I fly in, give her a limit and she shops for me. She has excellant taste. Thank God she owns a lingerie store and she ships me what I like straight to my house.
My mom does most of the accessorizing. She gets me the hats, the pins, the scarves and any costume jewelry.
The only thing I will shop for is real jewelry, shoes and purses.

Ah yeah I hate shopping too! I like having some new clothes once in a while, but this whole hassle of going in and out of changing rooms, having to go through the whole city to see mostly crap, having to get my shoes out and on everytime, HORRIBLE!!!!!!! AAAAHHH! Yeah I really hate it! Then the things I like never really fit, so I have to look on, and I feel surrounded by people with young moaning kids, AAAAAAARCH!!!!!! I always think: "Get me the hell out of here! Beam me up Scotty, please!"
And yes, I am a woman.

yes yipee yeah another female who hates to shop. My family can attest to the fact that if you want to get me in a blue rage take me shopping especially for clothes . The have resorted to buying my clothes handing them to me as they see what I am wearing become thread bare. I would rather chew my toenails off than shop and I never want to do that.
