my old manager when i quit he went and said to all the little bizzness's around here that i didnt work good and just basically was talking alot of **** to the other managers about me, now its so hard for me to find a job in this town can someone help me please...what do i do....

plenty of options..start working for yourself..move..next interview dont list as previous job..granted these all take a little effort on your part..if you have time to wait around for another job you could slap a lawsuit on your former boss for slander however this takes time and money and you will probably end up doing one of the above after its all done anyway.

Get a job at a dept store or some other kind of business. You don't just have to work at the same kind of job.
