Silly that is what they all do. They are just like you and have to look good or be replaced. .

If it's a job you want to keep, you put in your 8 hours and go home, irregardless the boss is the boss.

Be looking for another job, while I'm working for him. Meanwhile, I will have questioned him and told him that if he isn't fair, I'll report him. Or maybe you could work something out with him (if he's sexy).
