Ok, I'm so confused.. 3 years ago I met this guy named Lucas while working at a summer camp; he's smart, funny, and amazing with kids. I thought he was adorable... Randomly over the past 3 years we have managed to bump into eachother in wierd places. When I got a new job a year ago I found out he works there on the weekends. After about 2 weeks of working at my new job I immediatley found my bosses son to be amazingly sweet; J.R. walked me out to my car every night and always gave me a hug. Well, we ended up dating, (I was his first*) and after 6 months broke it off. But we are still really good friends.
Now, I work with Lucas on the weekends and I am really attracted to him. He's an amazing guy, sweet, and funny, smart, and kind; We joke around at work and have a great time; but I feel myself falling for him; and I know because Of J.R. we wouldn't cross over the "just friends" line
So how do I work with this adorable guy and stay away from him?

I don't get why you have to not have a relationship with JR.
At any rate, I like honesty. Discuss what you are feeling and thinking. See what he is feeling and thinking.
Maybe this is easier to work out than you think.

After the baby is born have the paternity test regardless. If the baby is yours then it's yours. Now that was simple. BUT, if the baby isn't yours then two things can happen, you can accept the child or reject the child. Either way the baby deserves to have a medical history of his biological father and that side of the family. Adopted children are sometimes scoffed at but they are chosen, sometimes fought for and always wanted. That is more than some natural children can say. So what ever you do, what ever you decide, get the kid a medical history of his biological father no matter who that might be.

Dont tell him about your feelings first. But if Lucas does give you hints about his possible feelings for you, dont shoot it down.That way you will always leave the door open for a deeper relationship with lucas.And why are you even thinking about JR? You seem to be his 'good friend' right now. Tell JR about Lucas..... that should be interesting:-)
People come and go, but you have to take care of yourself and your feelings.Never be a martyr for other people's sake when you are not even sure of what the other people think.

2 options
1: if he likes u try to get closer n have fun with eachother n no need to get away from him
2: if ur so sure he just wants u as a friend ok stay as a friend n try to never even think about him that much

It is never a good ideal to date someone you work with. Are you going to sleep with all the guys you work with? You might want to control your hormones. You will get a reputation at work if you keep this up. Keep your feeling to yourself and you mind on your work. Find a nice guy somewhere else.

Not easy but you need to focus on something that you like.
Brainwash yourself and think on something else beside guys.
maybe if you go out at dance club or hanging out with friends.good luck:)
