You have to call a small airplane to drive by, give you a thrust of wind, put you into a spin and hope you stop in the exact position you need. Then wallah, you are back to where u started.

A hot air balloon is not steerable and is at the mercy of the wind. The only control the pilot has is altitude control by controlling the air temperature in the bag by means of the propane burner. The balloon is returned to it's point of origin by a ground crew which deflates the airbag and stows it on ground transportation.
