What can i do to fix it?

How long ago was the film installed.
If it was just recently the bubbles should shrink on their own as long as they are smaller than a dime.
If they are small and the film has been there for a while that is probably dust and not much to be done about that.

Air bulbbles point out certainly one of two issues have occurred. The tint has gotten previous and is failing, if so replace the tint. Or the guy who put in it did not do an rather stable interest, if so replace the tint. Time for brand spanking new tint
