i have been on this diet plan for a month now being weighed every 2 weeks so on my first weigh in i lost half a stone i have bought an exercise bike but really cant afford expensive gyms what else around the home can help me?

i think the step machines are great u can get the small version and use it wen you at the sink r just watching tv great for thighs and bum so your doing great so stick with it
