my friends think i am boring cause i never talk much on the phone because i never know what to say and i need help coming up with things to talk about

first of all we need to sort out your confidence levels.......you are a person like anyone else ok...if you have nothing to say to these people then thatsncos you have nothing to say.ok...these friends are merely aquaintances.FRIENDS are people with whom you share mutual interestes.hobbies.personalities.if you cant share or join in with their chat,its cos you av nowt in common...find friends like yourself and chat will flow...find out what you like...write it down list style..write down list of what your friends like and compere the two lists..THE PROOF
