You will not know one day after having sex that you are pregnant. Now you could be pregnant, but you aren't going to know that soon. Unless a month or two before you had sex one time. It sounds more like anxiety to me, maybe over having had sex! Don't have sex unless you are ready to have a baby!

It only takes one time. And if you are feeling naseas or dont have much of an appetite then that could be a sign. Do you have any other signs? You should take a test to be sure.
