That's an easy one. All she has to do it be herself. There's nothing more attractive than seeing a girl not put on an act, but show the true person inside.

Ok, you are probably going for the male audience but I think that the most attractive thing any woman can do, is be herself and feel comfortable in her own skin! Be comfortable walking and talking like herself. :]]]]

Have brains, be confident, and show the world that she's not afraid to be strong.
And no, showing off her body to people doesn't count. That just shows a pretty face but nothing more, and nobody will take her seriously.
