I'm soft spoken but still try to get my point across. If I get po'd or am upset, I still try to say things in a nice way but it comes across as being mean or judgemental. When I'm discussing some things that bother me or I don't agree with, I'm not always as tactful as I should be. I'm working on it tho.lol

It depends on the situation, I can be both. For example, when talking business you have to be blunt or you wont get no where in life. If a guy keeps bugging you and you dont like him or your married thats another reason to be blunt.
When tlaking to friends, or what have you maybe your soft spoken. I think people are both.

Soft spoken "mostly", but I can be blunt if I'm dealing with a jerk! It all depends on how the person approaches me! I tend to get a little more aggressive when I'm making a point and I see that I'm being ignored!I don't expect everyone to agree with me but I at least would like the "courtesy" of being listened to! I'm a listener first!

when a friend needs to know the truth
when i don't like someone
when it comes to sex
but i am soft spoken when i talk in your ear. HOT STUFF

I don't think it's a case of black and white. I imagine it would depend on the situation and the person. I kinda think I'm in the middle. Sometimes you can be blunt without really meaning to. Of course, I can be somewhat of a smartass at times and extremely shy at others so maybe I am not the best person to answer this.

I'm blunt, because that's just the way God made me. And when this one other strong-willed guy and I fight, it's pretty bad because we both think we are right. But, I like being blunt. No one else will say or do what they want to say or do, so I do it.

I am soft spoken and show tolerance. However, I do not allow others to be rude and rough. However, if a person react on some provocateur act on my part I keep quite. Actually my behavior depends upon circumstances.
