Where can I play online or download a free demo of The Sims?

BUY THE SIMS 2.............they can actually get pregnant and have the babies.........and and it just so much better than the sims one.......way more realistic........and believe me you won't be sorry you bought it........
The SIMS 2 for Pets is coming out October 17, 2006.....and i can't wait..........you should get university and nightlife and family fun stuff because all together its exactly like real life.......they can go to college........go on dates...........and drive cars..........and in october they will have pets..........which is the last one i'm buying but anyway I would suggest you buy the SIMS 2 then get the expansion packs if you want because its really fun.......and you might get tried of it after a while but your always go back to it.

hit ctrl, shift, and c all at the same time and type in help that should give you most.

I don't think there is a free demo of the sims. The game should be pretty cheap now because it's been out for years, so try buying it. But I really recommend the sims 2, the game is way better.

If you mean the sims 1, you can just buy it for like $5. If you mean TS2... then I don't think there are any free demos... I have it though, I paid $50 when it came out, and it wasn't worth $50 because it's not as entertaining as TS1 if you have all of the expansion packs, but it looks so much nicer. You can probably buy TS2 for $30 now or something like that... and it'll keep you entertained for a few months until you'll feel like you need to add more to it, and then buy an expansion pack (they have 3 expansions out, one on the way). Well, good luck... there's a lot of cool challenges and stuff that you can find on thesims2.com.

umm why would you want to do that just buy the game take my advice they all are good and then i have played all sims games in the series

Just buy the game if you go to game stop or another used game store they usually polish it so its not scratched and you can get it cheap!
