my itunes is fine until i plug my ipod into the usb port then the cpu freezes someone help

does the comp freeze or the ipod...if the ipod freezes, its most likely that the cable ur using is not for the ipod...if it is the comp, i cant really help...

i think you should get a new USB cord...that may be the problem. you know, the cord you use to connect it to the computer
