yes there is. Ive made one. but it was as big as a toy car. That type of cars need alot of money. i dont think anyone has made a people sized one. cuz i no the one i made for the lil engine so to speak (which changed n compressed water to air) costs like 70 dollars n thats for a toy car.

Yes, there is an experimental lightweight car that runs on
compressed air that is currently being built in France..
I have seen a TV news piece on it also..
Seems to work fine though I don't know how practical it
will prove to be in the long run...

They build one in France but it doesn't have much range and you need a BIG air compressor to refill the air tank in any respectable time frame. The electricity isn't cheap for BIG air compressors.

I own a body shop and I know about BIG air compressors!
