My husband has a PHD in chemistry and one of the first things he ever said to me was about fluoride. He said that it was a waste product that large manufactures convinced the government that if it was kept under so many ppm that it helped your enamel on your teeth. He went on to say that it is a toxin. It also naturally occurs in some water sources, in Minnesota for example, there is an area where the kids got soft brown spots on their enamel from too much fluoride in the water (this was in the 50's). So I do not think it should be put in our water and further research is needed.

It's been amazing to me that someone in our government decided that additives in our food and water was a great idea.
I'll tell you my personal story is that genetically, my body produces fluoride in more amounts than is normal - so I've been told by doctors. As a result, my teeth are selfcleaning - so I don't get plaque or buildup... And my teeth are litterally cleaning themselves too much - so that's why, though I floss and brush twice a day... I'm a calorie making machine. My teeth have no resistence. I'm lucky that I'm not losing them!
So that, compounded with the additives in food and water is NOT the ideal situation for me.
Go figure...

I agree 100% Extensive research has proven that government thought control experiments found flouride a far more potent element than LSD in the appropriation and control of civilian mind control subjects.
It's all over the web. The best thing you can do is to stop drinking water (and milk...BGH is another government thought control catalyst) and wear a tinfoil hat.

Thanks for the info, but still a little confused. Why then do dentists insist on fluoride treatments and the use of fluoride toothpaste? And, pediatricians recommend that if using bottled water for babies that we use the baby water with fluoride added?

you're absolutely right- whenever i tell that to people they give me the standard "conspiricy theory wacko" rutine and tell me to put my tinfoil hat back on. but then again, i don't have a masters degree.
i have also read that flouride, over a long period of time, makes people subservient... any info on that?

The water we drink has been recycled so many times that it is needed to make it safer than what it would be otherwise.

Well I give my daughter store bought water that has added flouride in it, she is almost 4 years old, and no cavities yet.

Have you seen the teeth of people who DON'T have flouride in the water? Stop being so paranoid.
