6 yrs out of a battery, not bad but it could be on its last leg. see if you can jump start it and take it to a parts house and have them check the starting and charging system completely

This low mileage car should not have any noticable wear but it may have hoses and belts that are about to fail. I suggest you take it to a reputable shop and have them go over any wear items.
You could easily pay as much as $10,000 for a used car with only 61,000 miles on it. Even though this car is 15 years old, if it is not badly rusted it still has value in that you won't have to lay out big $$$ for the car. You can afford to put some money in it. But it would be sad to learn you put just a new battery in it and got stranded on the highway with some other easy to repair item.
I would recommend a good grade of fuel system cleaner in the gas tank. A car that has seen so little use may have some clogging of the fuel system. A cleaner that has some NAPTHA is the very best. You should be able to find it in any good auto parts store. Don't spill any on the paint, it may eat it!!!
If you are not comfortable working on cars get a friend or neighbor to help you change the battery. The charge for towing the car would cover the cost of the battery. Before you move it be certain the brakes work and check all the fluid levels under the hood and the belts and hoses.
In my recollection the 91 olds was a sturdy, well built car, I hope you get many years of safe driving from this OLD OLDS!!!!!
I still drive my 1985 Dodge Omni!!!!!!
And my 1988 Dodge Lancer!!!!!!

You answer your own question. Battery is shot. And that's just the first step. Have it towed to a dealer.
