I don't own expensive jewlery, just a lot of ordinary stuff from aldo and I get bad rashes from it. Obviously it's an allergy but is there something I can do or get to coat my jewlery or for my skin that will allow me to use my stuff?

Nurse is correct about the clear nail Polish but before putting it on your jewelry clean all of your jewelry good with warm water, soft toothbrush and dial hand soap. Brush every piece of jewelry under running water and brush as you rinse each piece as well to make sure to remove the dial soap too. Then dry with a soft lint free cloth and let them finish by air drying.
After they are all completely dry then apply the clear nail polish to the side that doesn't touch your skin, you may need to apply 2 coats just to make sure each piece is covered good.
I do this myself and also redo each piece after three months if I wear them often.
If I don't follow these steps I break out myself. This really works good too.
Here's hoping you can start wearing your jewelry again.

not much, because when you coat it with clear nail polish it come off after a while. So best thing is, by less Jewelry and get the real stuff, you will be happier. Because by the time you buy 3 pieces of not real stuff, you have something real and no rashes

Get some real jewelry and you will be fine. You are not supposed to decorate your body with such cheap and artificial things. Especially on a regular basis to the point of a bad rash, girlfriend!

Put clear nail polish on the side that touches your body. This will coat the jewelry so it won't touch your skin.
