I'm a black male and all through junior high and high school, white girls have bullied me. For some reason, they have stronger arms than me. One time, this white girl named Amber pushed me down ont the pavement when I asked if I could jump rope with her and her friends. She was a big and tough looking blonde girl. How do I stop white girls from bullying me, especially the big ones?

Go to the big discount store and get you a pair of those 5 lb weights. They only cost about $3.00 .
While you are watching tv or on the phone, or anytime you can fit one in your hand, pump the iron!!
Then when one of those brats messes with you, just push her away - forcefully.
And don't be challenging them to anything - expecially arm wrestling - then they will start something else mean, like knocking you in the back of the head.

Maybe you can go hang with guys and do the guy stuff. Might give you more muscles or even better yet it will give you a bigger esteem of yourself. Find your place by hanging with dudes that do dude stuff... be a man .. jump roping is not always a guy thing. But if you continue to want to hang with girls and do girly things maybe a dress or shorty shorts might get you by..

If it only comes to the physical aspect that you're attacked, the time is up to start one's self-defense. Get into some martial art, where they will teach you exactly this: Only use this when you're in physical danger.
If the bullying is psychical as well, just ignore their words. We have an idiom here, "deaf ears to fool words".

You need to stick of for yourself and let them know that you aint gonna be takin their **** anymore. You just need to go to them and tell them to leave your *** alone. Stick up for yourself bra, and for goodness sake get some ****** that you can chill wit....why do you wanna jump rope with chicks anyways?

Sounds like you are trying to push yourself on people who don't want you around them. Ever thought about that? Maybe you should just find your group of people and hang with them.
