My Ex is given £90 per week allowance to support her children she works and recieves equal pay alongside recieves full maintance from her ex to support their children. since they are married can his allowence for her kids be reduced? £90 is exceptable if her ex is not supporting her kids but why should she get in affect 2 maintance payments I thought the whole point of maintance is that the children are supported but instead the kids loose out

ok think everyone is a little confussed I have 3 kids who live with me, my ex (their dad) gets an allowence of £90per week to support HER 3 children (not his) she earns the same amount as my ex plus his £90pw and FULL maintance from her kids father My ex plays less than £50 p/w to me to maintain our kids its not right that my childrens maintance is half the maintance that he gives her for HER children plus he is allowed to deduct £10 per child per night everytime they stay over at his house LOOP HOLES or what

You lost me somewhere in there.

Your ex should only be paying to maintain HIS children.

Your ex's ex partner should be paying for his children.

In the U.S. things change when a party gets married. I would consult a lawyer (I believe you call them solicitors)

If you are still questioning you can (in the U.S.) petition the court to reexamine the support amount.. but don't do this unless you have proof to back up what you are saying.

i imagine that if a guy strikes on and haves yet another toddler with yet another women human beings you exs could give up being to damn jealous and grasping it truly is the in easy words reason maximum women human beings placed their ex on toddler help contained in the first position and if you have become toddler assist you better positive be at liberty with the quantity they provide you with and in no way attempt to bypass for better because you may finally end up getting a lot less
