I think it is something that one just has to go through (if they have it). Not everyone goes through that but I think my boyfriend is going through it. He's a lot older than me and I think that bothers him because he has been looking at sports cars, aggressively trying to lose weight and even thinking about dying his hair. I don't mind that he wants to lose weight but I don't want him to dye his hair. The Porsche would be nice tho'.

Seriously - I'm sure there are certain meds that can help people get through that just like there are meds for women going through menopause.

Realize you cant recapture youth and make the most of the second half of your life. Do something meaningful with it like giveing back. Mentoring to the youth, Community service
