To answer it in a wrestling context, since that's where you asked it, breast tissue is mainly comprised of fat. Once a woman starts weightlifting, the fat burns off and she increasingly becomes flatchested. To keep her "feminity" (and I am not breast-fixated, btw...give me a perfect natural 32a than an artificial 36c anyday) and shape (at least the stereotypical shape American guys seem to go for), she's likely to get implants to replace what she's worked off. This is the absolute truth...some female wrestlers have said exactly this...

Heyy. What's up? My name's Gwenivere, let me tell you a brief story about myself which I believe may be of some Hẹlp to you... Growing up, I was teased all throughout high-school. i could in no way get them. even if or not they were loose. even if someone presented to pay me a million funds. i love my breasts and that i imagine organic in any structure/ style is alluring. Stuffing my breasts complete of saline only would not attraction to me in besides. pretend breasts only finally end up searching .. properly.. pretend. Who needs pretend, awkward searching bubble issues that slightly resemble breasts once you may have organic, tear formed organic breasts! woo!

Obviously they're not so stupid. They know enough to understand that brains do not attract money. Boobs attract money. Boobs are expensive. Therefore, you have to spend money to make money. It has nothing to do with making other girls jealous.

The divas that did nothave implants are: trish stratus(i no),stacy keibler (i no),torrie wilson(i think)ashley massaro(i no)and christy hemme(i no)
they just need attention thsts all
